Cancellation of an order can be made with no restocking charge only on standard orders and prior to shipping. After shipping, there will be a 25% restocking charge as well as freight charges. No orders are to be returned without prior written authorization.

We will not allow any corrections in our invoices unless prior arrangements have been made and a credit memo has been issued.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all quantities, and report all damages for an order. If any damage occurs in transit, it must be noted on the delivery receipt so you can file a claim. If you do not note damage, the carrier will not reimburse you for the damage and the damaged material will become your property. Elegant Aluminum Products will be unable to assist you in receiving reimbursement if no damage is noted on the bill of lading.
